I photographed a conference for 2 full days last week with my baby on my back and then attended a concert doing the same thing. Getting out and about with your little one(s) is so important for not just them, but also for you, mama. Do what you can and don’t limit yourself to staying home if you feel the urge to get out. ✨✌🏼sending all the love to every mom who ever felt limited or afraid to leave the house. Anxiety is so real and some days it’s crippling. Just know you aren’t alone on this journey.❤️

The last clip is part of my “self care routine.” Practicing the connection breath is one way I like to take care of my body. Not just to heal, but to strengthen my mind-body connection. The core is a miraculous part of our bodies that needs extra attention during the early postpartum days along with our pelvic floor. It’s takes time and patience to heal, but it’s worth it. You’re worth it. ❤️

The abrasions.
The waves of emotions.
